It's easy to use interface and additional features - like the ability to speak your results out loud. There is no extra coding needed to set up the SureTest, and the audible features can be easily turned off if preferred.
  4. What if I don't like the SureTest?

    We'd be sorry to hear that, but we are so confident you will love the SureTest meter that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. There is no risk at all involved in trying us out. You are under no obligation to continue using MapleCare's services, and anytime you wish to cancel simply call us at 1-855-90 MAPLE and we will cancel your service but you can keep everything we sent you as a thank-you for trying us out!
  5. Does MapleCare offer advantages over my local pharmacy?

MapleCare delivers all your supplies directly to your door promptly and on a regular schedule so you don't have to worry about long wait times at pharmacies or how long it will take to travel to the pharmacy. There is also no need to fill out confusing insurance forms or waiting for reimbursement. AND, if you have any questions our pharmacists are always just a phone call away!
  6. Who's eligible?

    If you have diabetes and have prescription drug coverage, you may be eligible. Call us today or fill out our online form to see if you qualify. If you don't have any prescription coverage we may still be able to help you, so don't hesitate to give us a call!
  7. How much is this going to cost me?

    ?

    With MapleCare, there are no membership fees, no upfront costs and no shipping charges for your blood glucose testing supplies. AND, you don't wait for reimbursement, either. How much you pay will depend on your insurance coverage - However, many of our patients pay NOTHING AT ALL!
  8. How do I reorder my Diabetic supplies?

    ?

    With MapleCare you never have to run out again! We will contact your doctor on your behalf for your prescription to be able to renew it. In addition, we will automatically send supplies to you based on your reported testing schedule every 90 days. This means no more travelling to the pharmacy or waiting in line for your testing supplies!
